I really didn't see it as taking a risk-just taking advantage of an obvious opportunity. The technology made it possible for someone with focus and experience to provide quality service at a lower cost.rnPart of my success comes from having concentrated on core subscription services, and providing excellence in those services. In terms of changes in our industry, I have seen constant changes, but it is never as fast as many predict. Our industry changes through incremental steps, and there is time to adapt to them if you stay focused. Perhaps the next generation of born-digital users will see more dramatic changes. In terms of change, I am comfortable with ambiguity.
