The present paper deals with the distributions of stresses and displacements when the moment is applied to the annular rigid stamp on both sides of the layer. The problem reduced to the triple integral equations which are further reduced to the solution of an infinite set simultaneous equations. Finally, the total moment calculated which required to maintain a slight inclination of the stamp.
