摘要

In the present paper, the reliability of prallel redundant complex system consisting of two classes suffer two types of failure, viz., hardware and environmental; while the system has three modes, i.e., normal, degraded and failed. The repair is carried out instantaneously under general time distribution. Head of line repair policy is adopted for the system. Laplace transform and supplementary variable techniques have been utilised to obtain the probabilities of the system being in various states. The ergodic behaviour of the system and some more reliability parameters have also been evaluated.
