摘要

The purpose of the present problem is to study the effect of unsteady on laminar free convective flow of an electrically conducting fluid along a porous hot vertical plate through porous medium in the presence of heat source with mass transfer in rotating system. The governing equations of motions are solved by a regular perturbation technique. The expressions of temperature and concentration are derived. The components of skin friction in x and y directions are discussed with the tables and graphs. The primary and secondary velocity profiles are discussed graphicaly taking into cases viz., Case - Ⅰ: When G_r > 0 (i.e.,flow on a heated plate), the primary velocity decreases with the increase in t and E, but increases with the increase in K and secondary velocity increases with the increase in t, but decreases with the increase in E and K. Case - Ⅱ: When G_r < 0 (i.e., flow on a cooled plate), the primary velocity increases with the increase in t and E, but it decreases with the increase in K and secondary velocity decreases with the increase in t, but increases with the increase in E and K.
