One of the most essential components of a modern high-rise office building is an efficient Heating, Ventilation And Cooling (HVAC) system. HVAC systems have an immediate impact on the health and productivity of the human occupants of a building. They are also essential to the operation of computer and communications equipment, temperature- and humidity-sensitive systems which can represent a massive capital investment.
