MIMOSA - the Machinery Information Management Open Systems Alliance is a group of visionary users, instrumentation, technology and service providers with a common interest — gaining full value, benefits and return from machine condition assessment and related industrial asset (equipment) management technologies. Meetings began in September 1994 to assess the feasibility, interest and mutual benefits available by establishing conventions for open systems.
