The U.K. SPACE AGENCY promoted ALICE BUNN (above) to be its director of policy. She had been the agency's assistant director of Earth observation. Bunn's primary responsibility is providing policy advice on civil space activities to the minister for universities and science, and other ministers when necessary. Bunn came to the U.K. Space Agency from the Natural Environment Research Council, where she was head of Earth observation future missions and Earth observation science coordinator. She also was a researcher and exhibition developer at the Science Museum.
