1.Ramon "RAY" Lugo Ⅲ (above)., a longtime manager of Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida and recently retired director of NASA's Glenn Research Center in Ohio, assumes leadership of the Florida Space Institute at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Lugo began his NASA career at KSC as a student in 1975 and rose to become deputy director of the center's Launch Services Program, which oversees launches of NASA and NASA-sponsored payloads on expendable rockets.
