Budd Lake, NJ.-based L-3 Space & Navigation appoints AN THONY "TONY" LISUZZO (above) vice president and general manager. In this newly created position, Lisuzzo oversees all business op erations at the division. Lisuzzo succeeds PAUL WEN6EN, who has been appointed chief fi nancial officer for the Space & Propulsion Systems Sector. Lisuzzo, a retired U.S. Army civilian official, joins L-3 with more than 30 years of leadership experience in program manage ment and government contract ing activities.
