The board of directors of TASC Inc., Chantilly, Va., appoints DAVID LANGSTAFF (above), TASC board chairman and former chief executive officer of Veridian Corp., to succeed WOOD PARIES as the company's president and CEO. Parker, who is retiring as chief executive, will assume the role of vice chairman of the board. Current board member Peter Marino will succeed Langstaff as chairman of the board. Langstaff was named TASC board chairman in December 2009 when the company separated from Northrop Grumman Corp.
