The board of directors of Los Angeles-based Northrop Grumman Corp. elected DENISE PEPPARD (above) as corporate vice president and chief human re-sources officer.In her new role, Peppard is re-sponsible for all aspects of Northrop Grumman's human resources strategy and programs.Peppard has more than 20 years of business experience in the computer, pharmaceutical, biotech and financial services industries. She joins Northrop Grumman from Computer Sciences Corp., where she was vice president and chief human resources officer.
