摘要

The Cologne Commentary on Space Law is a joint enterprise of the Institute of Air and Space Law of the University of Cologne and the German Aerospace Center. Volume 2 will deal with the 1968 Agreement on the Rescue and Return of Astronauts, the 1972 Convention on International Liability for Damage caused by Space Objects, the 1975 Convention on the Registration of Space Objects, and the 1979 Moon Agreement. Volume 3 will cover the major UN Resolutions on Principles and other matters of relevance to space law. Fittingly this volume deals only with the foundation document, the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 (OST), and, on the basis of this book we may look forward to an excellent series which those active in Space Law, whether in the cloistered groves of academe or in legal practice, will find invaluable.
