This article investigates the effects of variable liquid properties and convective boundary conditions on the peristaltic transport of Bingham liquid flowing through a porous tube. The influences of variable viscosity and thermal conductivity are taken into account. The perturbation technique is utilized to solve the governing nonlinear equations with the help of long wavelength and small Reynolds number approximations. Analytical solutions are obtained for velocity, plug flow velocity, streamlines, flow rate, pressure gradient, and temperature. Numerical integration has been employed for pressure rise and frictional force with the help of MATLAB. Further, the impacts of relevant parameters on physiological quantities are examined and discussed through graphs and tables. An expansion in the estimation of porous parameter reduces the velocity, whereas contrary conduct is seen for an increase in the value of the velocity slip parameter. The magnitude of temperature diminishes for a vast estimation of Biot number.
