I would like to begin the year by thanking the Editorial Advisory Board members for their continued support and input to the journal. I would also like to thank the - reviewers who provided high quality and timely reviews to authors in 2011. They are named below. If you are interested in reviewing for the journal in future, please do let me know. This has been an interesting year as we transitioned to an on-line submission system. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but the Emerald team were quick to respond and so the transition has been generally quite smooth. Thank you to them for their help and support along the way!
