摘要

The zoetrope, while probably not looked upon in the 1830s as an integrated teaching and learning tool, utilized concepts of mathematics and science along with tools and processes, i.e., technology. Designing a curriculum, or in this case a lesson, which draws upon different academic areas, provides a dynamic way of teaching and learning in the classroom. Standards provide a framework for the curriculum to be written and, when addressed, often provide additional learning opportunities for students and teachers.
