Judge approves class action lawsuit against American Online over "pop-up" advertising. If you do much web surfing, you've seen them (and perhaps been annoyed by them) - unsolicited advertising messages that simply "pop up" in front of you as you go about your business on the Internet. Now, America Online (AOL) is being sued over them.
