The Canon EOS 5D Mark II is actually part of a revolution that is taking place. It's the fist Canon DSLR with the ability to record video. But it doesn't start small; it has a full frame (same size as 35mm film) CMOS sensor that can take 21.1 megapixel stills at 3.9 fps and capture full HD 1080p (1920 × 1080 pixels) video @ 30 fps. The Nikon D90 is another DSLR that does video, but only at 720p (1290 × 720 pixels). It does not have a full frame sensor, but to be fair, the Nikon D90 with a kit lens costs only Rs 80k (compared to Rs 2.22k for this). It's heavy, but that's because of the durable construction and environmental seals. Built to withstand the rigors of sustained professional use, the 5D mark II has a few tricks up its sleeve you won't find in other DSLRs. For example, the scratch and glare resistant LCD and the ambient light sensor under the LCD that automatically adjusts brightness.
