The Korea International Textile Machinery Exhibition, or Kortex, that is held once every three years, will hold its 19th edition from March 5 to 7 next year in Daegu, South Korea's fourth largest city some 238 km southwest of Seoul. It will showcase chemical textile machinery, weaving and knitting machinery, dyeing and finishing machinery, non-woven fabric machinery, sewing and embroidery machinery, as well as CAD/CAM. Some 150 exhibitors are expected to participate. A total of 114 exhibitors had participated in the previous Kortex in November 2011, attracting 8,036 visitors from 29 countries, but largely from Korea.
