The International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) has scheduled its 71st plenary meeting from October 8 to 11, this year, in the city of Interlaken, Switzerland. The meeting will showcase sustainable production systems such as organic, Fairtrade, BCI, and CmiA. Other topics may include the responsibilities of merchants in commodity value chains, and the responsibilities of manufacturers of chemical products used in agricultural production.
