Two days before the Easter holiday we received a message inviting us to an important ceremony at which Cotton Incorporated and the Central Textiles (Hong Kong) group were to sign a contract for licensing arrangements for the Engineered Fibre Selection (EFS) System. The signing ceremony, held at about 8 pm on March 23 at the American Club on the 49th floor of Exchange Square 2, was a historic event by which Central Textiles (Hong Kong) Ltd became the first EFS licensee in Hong Kong. The new licensee, Central Textiles, includes Central Textiles (Hong Kong) Ltd, Central Fabrics Ltd, Chung Charm Textiles Ltd and Dai Chung Textiles Ltd.
