摘要

1. Post-mordanted samples with Potash alum: Potassium dichromate 1:3 and 1:1 combinations, Potash alum: Copper sulphate 1:3 and 3:1 combinations, Potash alum: Ferrous sulphate 1:3 and 1:1, Potash alum: Ferrous sulphate 1:3 and 1:1, Potassium dichromate: Copper sulphate 3:1 and Potassium dichromate: Ferrous sulphate 1:1 had Excellent fastness to colourfastness tests. 2. Simultaneously mordanted samples with Copper sulphate: Ferrous sulphate 1:1 followed by post-mordanted with 1:3 and pre-mordanted with 3:1 combinations attained maximum scores for all the colour-fastness tests. 3. Shades obtained were light, medium and dark brown, sand brown, leaf brown and olive green.
