The reputed Picanol Group of Belgium, with production facilities in Asia, Europe and the United States, achieved a sales turnover of 413.4 Million Euros for the calendar year 2007. The Picanol Group employs 2,342 employees worldwide and is listed on Euro next Brussels. In recent decades, the company has evolved from a traditional weaving machine builder to a worldwide supplier of total solutions for the world textile industry, as well as for other industries. Picanol will be displaying six high-tech weaving machines at the Itma Asia+Citme 2008 Exhibition in Hall ￡6 - Booth B12. This event will take place from 27 to 31 July, 2008 in the New International Expo Center at Shanghai, China. One Picanol Jacquard airjet weaving machine will be on display at the Staubli Booth in Hall E5 - Booth A13.
