The Public Relations Officer role involves three main objectives: 1) To represent the Institute in the motor and insurance sector. 2) To get closer to current and future members. 3) To help the IAEA to identify mechanisms that assist the Institute to continue being current in an ever changing landscape. The first stage is developing a three year plan that is current but flexible to join the dots across the motor sector. This plan will be developed through engagement with the regions, members and wider industry stakeholders. In putting this into action, three heads are better than one! Tony and Ivan have vast experience and energy that we can channel to spread the gospel, develop programmes to get closer to the membership and assist to develop our plans and thinking for the short, medium and longer term.'Together we're stronger'is my motto.
