The French family-owned Massilly Group has a turnover exceeding €300 million (US$320m) and employs more than 1,200 people exclusively in the metal packaging markets. Julien Barde joined the company in 2005 as export manager for the aerosol business at a Spanish canmaking plant. Today I am still located in Spain but my job has totally changed over the - years. Our aerosol division has grown year by year and I have grown with it. We are much more international than before, and I travel more often and to more countries.
