Can-Pack's beverage can plant in the UK is celebrating the production of its ten billionth can. The Can-Pack UK (CPUK) facility at Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire was built in 2009 with a single D&I aluminium can line, and in the subsequent nine years has grown significantly. Around £75 million (US$84m) has been invested in that time with a second production line being installed in 2014 and an extension to its warehouse in 2016.
