摘要

A Dilution plate method combined with heat treatment at 60℃ and 80℃ was used to isolate thermotolerant and thermoresistant Paecilomyces species in soil. The predominant species of Paecilomyces that had been identified was Paecilomyces variotii, the type species of the genus. Oatmeal Agar was used to induce the teleomorph at 37℃. Other species isolated belong to Paecilomyces or its teleomorphic states Byssochlamys, Talaromyces and Thermoascus included Byssochlamys nivea, Byssochlamys fulva, Talaromyces byssochlamydoides and Thermoascus crustaceus.
