Cummins Marine is to supply a main power generation package for an accommodation and work barge currently under construction in China. The barge is being built for Franklin Offshore International, an offshore service provider with headquarters in Singapore and facilities in Azerbaijan, USA, South Korea, Indonesia, UK, Australia, Malaysia and Qatar. Franklin works closely with oil majors; rig owners and offshore contractors, having grown from its origins in South-East Asia to have operations spanning five continents.
