GWR-2-8-0 No. 3802 departed Llangollen at 10.30 on Saturday, August 21 with the Denbighshire line's first steam-hauled public train since October 1,2020 -an occasion that also marked the return of trains to Carrog, writes Gareth Evans. As previously reported, services have progressively resumed along the Dee Valley after the collapse of the Llangollen Railway pic - operations by the Llangollen Railway Trust were extended from Berwyn to Glyndyfrdwy on August 13.
