The last two instalments of the Transnational Organised Crime and Security series focused on two countries' experience of organised crime - Mexico and China - and highlighted the transnational import of these phenomena. This issue instead takes a thematic approach and looks at two novel areas of organised criminal activity: the illicit trade in human organs for transplantation and cyber-crime.
