The results of an investigation into the separation of dust through orifices in shrouds of the rotor blades of high-pressure turbines and the qualitative pattern of dust deposition on the nozzle vanes of NK-36ST and NK-37ST engines and their prototypes are described. Different versions of arranging the orifices in the rotor blades are considered.
