The advisability and the technical and economic advantages of constructing the Mutnovsk geothermal power station with a capacity of 50 MW are considered. Technical solutions ensuring reliable and efficient operation of the geothermal power station under severe climatic conditions are proposed for the first time. The requirements and design characteristics of the equipment capable of operating on wet steam are analyzed.
