From 22 - 26 March, Machinefabriek Bewo held a major In-House exhibition at its factory in Tilburg, The Netherlands, premiering its latest developments, many new models and recent investments in manufacturing technology. The exhibition attracted tube manufacturers, stockholders and cutting centres from all over Europe (see pictures on this page). Bewo showed for the first time its new 1999 specification FCH 85 M automatic tube saw. This includes the latest Siemens step seven PLC and the new OP27 graphic operator control, providing a job memory facility including optimised machine parameters, tooth load feed rate display and many automated setting functions including blade stroke, roller feed unit and magazine loading levers.
