Processes of the crystall phase formation are studied in the system Na_2O-P_2O_5-V_2O_3. Dependences of the crystallization on the concentration of V_2O_3 and the Na_2O : P_2O_5 ratio, and on the temperature and time of crystallization have been determined in the alkali metal phosphate melts. Two double phosphate of the vanadium (3+) NaVP_2O_7 and Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3 have been isolated and studied. The iterpretations of IR and electronabsorbtion spectral data are discussed. The crystallographic parameters of the compounds synthesized have been determined by X-ray powder diffraction.
