摘要

Recognition of ligands by benzodiazepine receptors and the following biological response are dealt with the conformation states of a-subunit of GABAA-Channel (GABA_A-receptor), as well as with structural and conformation characteristics of ligands. Established appropriateness of binding between structure-conformation ligands characteristics and their affinity for benzodiazepine receptors are used in modelling of the ligand-receptor interaction process and in directed synthesis of psychotropic substances with the required complex of properties.
