Over the next decade, UAS signals intelligence and electronic warfare systems will provide the second fastest-growing major UAS sensor market, with stunning compound annual growth rates of 17.7 percent from fiscal 2011 to '16, and 12.3 percent over the full decade from fiscal 2011 to 2020. Major systems such as Northrop Grumman's Advanced Signals Intelligence Payload are only now entering production and will eventually be carried by nearly all types of unmanned aircraft.
