On 16 July, a residential parking garage in Hackensack, N.J., collapsed, trapping possible people inside. The destruction came as a surprise to many, despite warnings two months prior from engineers who said there was potential for a "catastrophic collapse." But wherever there is unexpected calamity, there is New Jersey Task Force 1. And whenever they go to a disaster like this one, they bring their robot.
