摘要

The purpose of this article is to summarize the main research and results obtained at ONERA over the past 30 years in rotorcraft aeromechanics. This first part is devoted to aerodynamics research. Part Ⅱ (next issue) will cover aeroacoustics, dynamics and vibrations, and to flight mechanics research. Part Ⅱ will also include specific research on tilt rotor aircraft. Onera (Office National d'Etudes et de Recherches Aerospatiales) is the French national establishment for aerospace research. For three decades now, ONERA has been conducting research on rotor systems, with specific studies on airfoils, blade tips, and blade shape designs, as well as relevant rotor code development and validation.
