A network software company in the Philadelphia area is offering electronic scrap recycling services to its clients.rnCodima, a company in Robes-ona, Pa., provides network mapping software that identifies and locates failing hardware across telecommunications networks, said company head of business development Alfonso Knoll.rn"We're already identifying where bad hardware is, so to take and recycle the failed hardware is the logical next step," Knoll said.
