Among the cities struggling with CSO issues is the City of Fremont, OH. The city has just awarded a S57 million contract for the construction of a 24 mgd treatment plant to capture the vast majority of flows during large storm events. MWH Constructors will provide preconstruction and construction manager-at-nsk (CMAR) services to build a new Fremont Water Pollution Control Center (WPCC) in what will be the largest public project ever undertaken by the city.
