The decision to increase taxes on beer producers inrnGreece will have a serious negative impact on the sector. Thesernadditional costs will be passed on to consumers, leading to higherrnbeer prices at a time when beer consumption is shrinking in bothrnvolume and per capita terms. Craft and small breweries will bernmost impacted by the decision, which risks putting many of themrnout of business.
