Full disclosure: If you look closely at the photograph of the completed mast-tang assembly on page 64, you might notice that one of the clevis-pin holes is slightly off center-and I do mean slightly. Brion Rieff built that tang for us, with a bit of off-camera help from his shop crew. We noticed the off-center hole on the final day of photographing. The holes had been precisely center-punched, and it's likely that a dull drill bit walked off center during drilling, and the error was missed. It seemed of little consequence to our project: You likely would not have noticed the error had I not told you about it, and this tang will not see service.
