CE CHANTIER DE RENFORCEMENT D'UN TABLIER DE PONT SITUÉ AU SUD DE LYON COMPREND LA MISE EN ŒUVRE D'UN PROCÉDÉ DE TRAITEMENT DES CÂBLES DE PRECONTRAINTE CORRODÉS PAR IMPRÉGNATION ULTRASONORE D'INHIBITEUR DE CORROSION, SUIVI D'UNE RÉINJECTION PAR COULIS DE MICRO-CIMENT. CE PROCÉDÉ EST APPLIQUÉ POUR LA PREMIÈRE FOIS EN FRANCE. L'ENSEMBLE DES TRAVAUX EST RÉALISÉ SOUS EXPLOITATION.%This viaduct is located on the ASF (Vinci Autoroute) network south of Lyon. Built in 1963, it is a viaduct with nine prefabricated independent prestressed girder spans. Like the great majority of structures of this type built in the 1960s, it runs significant risks of brittle failure in the event of partial failure of the prestressing. Studies and then strengthening work were accordingly undertaken by ASF in order to ensure a sufficient level of service for this structure for another fifty years or so. A new process was employed for the first time in France in order to extend the lifetime of the tendons. This process involves injecting a corrosion inhibitor inside the prestressing ducts previously identified as representing corrosion risks due to the presence of chlorides. Injection of the corrosion inhibitor is performed by means of a special technique using a high-power ultrasonic pump which allows complete impregnation of the cement grout.
