Recently Rotonics Manufacturing, Inc. (Commerce City, Colorado (CO)) announced the sale of its tank manufacturing division to Norwesco Inc. and Snyder Industries, Inc. The transaction is an asset sale and does not include Rotonics' custom fuel tank business and other specified assets. The sale of the tank group's business assets is the result of a strategic assessment to shed non-core assets and leverage Rotonics' strong market position in its primary business segments, include-rning Custom, Material Handling, Linen & Laundry, Refuse, Medical Waste, Custom Pallets, and Utilities.
