温度压力耦合对瓦斯爆炸危险度的影响研究

     

摘要

In order to study the explosive hazard of gas limiting concentration in low concentration gas utilization, the 20Lexplosion characteristic test system under special environmental conditions was adopted to measure the gas explosive limit under the condition of temperature and pressure coupling.Through fitting the results, the statistical relationship of the temperature and pressure coupling effects on the gas explosion limits was achieved.The gas explosive hazard under condition of temperature and pressure coupling was quantized by introducing the concept of explosive hazard degree.The results showed that the explosive hazard degree increased with the increase of ambient temperature and pressure, but the rising rate of explosive hazard degree gradually became slower.%为了研究低浓度瓦斯利用中瓦斯极限浓度的爆炸危险性, 通过特殊环境条件20L爆炸特性测试系统测试温度压力耦合条件下瓦斯爆炸极限, 对结果进行拟合, 获得温度压力耦合对瓦斯爆炸极限影响的统计关系.引入爆炸危险度的概念对温度、压力耦合条件下的瓦斯爆炸危险性进行量化.结果显示, 爆炸危险度随着环境温度与环境压力的增加而上升;且随着环境温度及压力的增大, 爆炸危险度的上升速率逐渐变缓.
