摘要

The ratio of the mass coefficients for the γ-vibrational and rotational motion for the well-deformed axially symmetric nuclei is calculated basing on the Cranking model and the Random Phase Approximation. The results obtained show that the calculated ratio is equal to 2-3, i.e., significantly larger than unit. This is in a qualitative agreement with the experimental data.
