Warren Steel Holdings will permanently close its Warren, Ohio, mill, the company said on January 12.Warren Steel, a producer of continually cast rounds, squares and rectangles, first announced a temporary idling of the facility in November, with the expectation it would restart production in the first quarter of 2016, contingent on market and business conditions.
