The anomalous entropy production sigma(alpha) for a species a of a magnetically confined plasma is evaluated in the first relevant orders for a steady state of turbulence. Using the anomalous distribution function, we give a rigorous definition for the anomalous entropy production and the anomalous entropy flux. Besides the ensemble averaged anomalous kinetic equation usually used in the literature, we obtain here a new anomalous kinetic equation, written for the ensemble averaged anomalous distribution function F-A(alpha). Using this later equation, we analyse the role of dissipation in a steady state of turbulence and obtain the balance equation corresponding to the collisional dissipation of the ensemble averaged anomalous distribution function F-A(alpha). This equation, which describes the implication of the classical collision operator in anomalous processes, does not appear in the previous literature. We write the anomalous entropy production by 'flux-force' terms and also by dissipation terms. The role of the term involved in sigma(alpha), which represents the rate of energy transfer between electrical fluctuations and particles, is analysed and clarified. [References: 16]
