ALBANY,N.Y.-The environmental advocacy group Riverkeeper urged the Environmental Protection Agency Nov.21 to rescind a consent decree under the federal superfund law ordering General Electric Co.to dredge polychlorinated biphenyls from the Hudson River.Riverkeeper said EPA should reconsider the current cleanup plan,in light of a confidential letter critical of the plan sent to the agency from an official at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
