DUBAI,United Arab Emirates-The International Council of Chemical Associations announced two initiatives Feb.5 that it said would help countries achieve the goals of the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management (SAICM).The initiatives were announced at one of several side events held during the International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM) and which were designed to highlight ways countries could achieve SA-ICM's goals.
