Sydney-Dow Chemical is examining potential M&As and joint ventures "around the world" and is "corning close to a decision" in some cases,a company spokesman said March 20.She did not name Dow's potential partners,but if recent press reports are to be believed,Dow could be discussing a potential alliance with Reliance Industries of India.
